Refund policy

At Amora Beauty, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your
order, we’re here to help.
Return window You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible,
items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Hygiene notice (important for beauty products) For health and safety reasons, opened
or used skincare, cosmetics, and personal-care items cannot be returned unless they arrive
damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sealed, unopened items in resalable condition are eligible
for return.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not
what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a
photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and
the reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back
before receiving instructions.
Return shipping For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return
shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved
refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original
shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items Opened beauty or cosmetic products, gift cards, and items marked
“Final Sale” cannot be returned.
