Welcome to Amora Beauty. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Amora Beauty, a sole proprietorship owned by Taegan Charles and operating from Garfield, Arkansas. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and where we sell
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
We sell and ship within the United States only. We do not accept orders for delivery to any other country. If an order is placed for delivery outside the United States, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

3. Products, sizing and availability
We sell women's apparel and accessories. Where the manufacturer supplies them, listings carry the garment measurements for the sizes offered. Because sizing is not standardised across brands, we recommend comparing those measurements against a garment you already own rather than relying on a size label alone.
We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colour and texture may appear slightly different depending on your screen and on lighting. Minor variation between the image and the garment you receive is normal and is covered by our return policy.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and product offerings at any time without notice.

4. Orders and pricing errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than fulfil it at that price. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and returns
Shipping rates, processing times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Care and use of garments
Please follow the care instructions on each garment's label. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by washing, drying or altering a garment contrary to its care label.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Amora Beauty or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to interfere with its operation or security.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amora Beauty is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
